Welcome to a new edition! This week we start gearing up for Halloween Night and the Christmas season, and we’ve got a few tidbits with the usual – you guessed it – checks on all the ongoing projects!
Halloween Night

It’s almost Halloween – night ! Since the Resort did away with any types of special ticketed events a few years ago, Halloween Night is, like New Years Eve, one of these “extra” nights included in admission with a little bit of extra sparkle added. This year is no exception, expect a nighttime performance of the Halloween Parade, a one night only performance of Nightfall with the Disney Villains, special lighting and character encounter through the lands.
Holidays

Before you know it, it’ll be the holiday season. The resort’s servers have stated buzzing with some of the entertainment schedules which are just as all over the place as the closing times. For Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade:
- Nov 8-15, 16-17, 19, 22-27, 30: 3:55p, 5:45p
- Nov 18, 20, 27: 2:20p, 4p
- Nov 21, 28: 3:40p, 5:30p
As is almost tradition and because of the closeness of Halloween and Christmas seasons, the Disney Princesses won’t celebrate until November 15:

- Disney Princesses Holiday Celebration (Central Plaza) from Nov 15 except Nov 18/20/27, 1p or 1:15p
- Aurora’s Magical Wishes (Castle Courtyard) from Nov 15 except Nov 18/20/27, 2:10p or 2:25p

And ”Let’s Sing Christmas” will return daily from the start of the season on November 8, with 3 or 4 performances in the afternoon and early evening at Videopolis (except only 2 shows on Nov 27).
Construction and Refurbishments

We start as often with a look at Disney Adventure World and World Of Frozen. We’re getting to the stage where it’s getting harder to spot finer details as the area is nearing completion.

Love this photo of .. the future of the future where you can see the circular shape of the Up flying carrousel and at the back the Lion King themed land. When Disney Adventure World officially opens in spring 2026 there will still be a lot to look forward to.

The attempt to “air out” Toy Story Playland is also almost ready, with the new access road from Adventure Way coming together. If there’s a land which can use the breathing room, it’s that one.

Signage is also being installed. It’s giving old school Parisian realness.

Details and finishes continue to be applied over at “Regal View Restaurant and Lounge”.

In World Premiere Plaza, the tubular light fixtures are operational. They’re a warm white overall except near Studio Theater where they recall the color scheme of “TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure”. Why not.

Progress is also being made in the new merchandise point replacing the Tower of Terror Fastpass kiosk. It won’t be Tower of Terror merchandise however.

In the World Premiere vestibule, a new bulletin board has appeared with a lot of WDI Easter eggs, including the names of the team meshes who worked on the re-imagining project.

It’s all quiet on Place De Rémy with the Ratatouille attraction closed until next year. A reminder of what happens when you make mini lands with only one attraction.

Even Goofy was like… well??

Over at Disneyland Park, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast continues to be refurbished until Dec 19, and the facade has been sanded. Didn’t we go through aaalll of this already not so long ago?

Lots of spot refurbishments in Adventureland, blocking paths and changing access ways.

In Fantasyland, it’s Pinocchio’s turn to get a facade refurbishment. The attraction remains open.

In Frontierland, the Molly Brown’s top deck has reopened to Guests on most sailings since the reopening of the attraction.

However there’s no sign or word about the added scenes ans reworked storyline for Rivers of the Far West, despite having months of closure to work on this.

In Fantasyland, the “Chaumiere” windows are being redone.

And so is the Meet Mickey building – a project which should last until the first months of 2026.

Over at Disney Village, the Star Wars artwork + Goofy design + Sports Bar facade is coming together. Rumors are for a December opening.
This and That..

The 2024 TEA Experience Index is out, with estimated attendance numbers:
- In Europe, Disneyland Park is still #1, Walt Disney Studios #4, both down 1.8% – blamed on the Olympics.
- Worldwide, Disneyland Park is #10, Walt Disney Studios #20.

You can read the full report HERE.

“Dr Strange: Mystery of the Mystics” has returns to Avengers Campus! Catch the show also featuring Scarlett Witch and Agatha Harkness almost nightly.

The Disneyland Hotel La Table de Lumière character dining restaurant has debuted a new menu.

In merchandise news we’ve got this fun new Disneyland Paris “Pixel” collection, now in shops.

And on Nov 18, Disneyland Paris will launch a new ticket offer, the « Bon Plan » Ticket priced at €49 (1 day / 1 park – with optional 2-park upgrade):
- Limited dated tickets available 60–90 days before your visit
- Same price for adults & kids
- Non-refundable / non-changeable
