Disneyland Paris News & Photo Report #229 – November 24-30, 2025

Welcome back to a new DLP Report! Seems that we were just gathered here a few days ago, and we were, for the media unveiling of Disney Adventure World. This week we have more about Disney Adventure World and the usual resort happenings. Let’s go!

Disney Adventure World Opens March 29

In case you were under a rock all week you must know that we finally have a date for the official opening of Disney Adventure World: March 29!

On Monday we got the chance to attend the fantastic media event and visit the site to bring you a ton of info about this much anticipated expansion project, so if you haven’t already, check out our SPECIAL REPORT right here!

In the days that followed we also got a look at posters for the park and for the nighttime show “Disney Cascade of Lights”.

And this cute fun map.

At Cast previews we got to see the Disney Adventure World specific collection that will be on sale on or before opening day – don’t think it’s blown away anyone based on the comments.

And some more merchandise and collectible from World Of Frozen.

Including this lovely Spirit Jersey.

We also saw some merchandise for “Raiponce Tangled Spin”, which apparently will be sold on this neat little kiosk. Disney Adventure World, land of the kiosks!

But new clothing isn’t just for Guests – here’s a look at cast costumes for World Of Frozen, Two Crowns Tavern, Adventure Bay/Way and “Regal View Restaurant and Lounge”.

The expo also featured more dishes from Disney Adventure World:

  • Make your own bowl (Nordic Crowns Tavern)
  • Snowflake Dessert (Nordic Crowns Tavern)
  • Bread Bowl (Terrasse Panoramique)
  • Tiana Ice Cream Choux (Takeaway)

We saw concepts for Mickey and Minnie’s new outfits on Monday but here they are with the actual costumes for Adventure Bay.

As part of the media event we also got to attend the roundtable which you can watch above.

Talking about, reservations for “Regal View Restaurant and Lounge” have opened but as “normal” guests only get a 2 months window and it opens in March, only hotel guests can currently book.

There was also a bit more details for World Of Frozen access, from March 29:

  • A standby queue might be used to enter World Of Frozen, except with a Royal Encounter reservation
  • Frozen Ever After Premier Access won’t mean priority entrance
  • No discounts on World Of Frozen specific merch for 1 year

And that’s our coverage – for now.. – of the Disney Adventure World opening.

Magic Tax

And with this big exciting announcement, Disneyland Paris followed up the next day with price increases for its Disneyland Pass product from February 12, 2026. Did you think all these new things would be free ?

Note that current passes are not affected until you renew.

Apart from price hikes, the main novelty is the bronze pass which is being split in two- a “cheaper” version will give you less day and only one park per day (the first park you enter gets locked in for the day). I guess there is a market for this ultra light option.

(Note that Disney has corrected the visuals above to reflect that the silver pass will NOT come with a Photopass)

  • Bronze One: €289 but costs you park hopping
  • Bronze Max : €289 -> €399
  • Silver : €499 -> €569
  • Gold : €699 -> €799

Good times.

Zootopia 2

This week saw the release of Zootopia 2 in theaters. For the occasion you can meet Nick and Judy at Animation Celebration until Jan 6.

You can also draw the characters at the Animation Academy.

Get a free collectible card (while stocks last)

And enjoys this Photopass MagicShot. Overall a classic release activation.

Construction and Refurbishments

On Adventure Way, walls are already up (pun intended) and themed for the Up spinner.

Just behind, heavy activity continues on the site of The Lion King themed land. Hopefully they can get most of the disrupting construction done before Disney Adventure World opens.

In what we’re still calling Walt Disney Studios Park, we’ve been tracking the installation of the clocks on the very very yellow new merchandise kiosks in World Premiere Plaza.

Near Tower of Terror, a newly repaved and remodeled area has opened – we’re finally starting to see the end of this project.

These random details were also added to the World Premiere show building.

Over at Disneyland Park, scaffolding is down at Meet Mickey, revealing another bang up refurbishment job.

In Discoveryland, Buzz is back on the Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast facade. The attraction returns mid December.

And just across the way, the basins got their routine cleaning.

This and That..

A new free exhibit has opened at the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel Jack Kirby Gallery: “Marvel Storm Breakers”, highlighting the 2025 class of young emerging artists.

And we stay at Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel where a new giant Marvel bauble has been unveiled this year, themed to The Fantastic Four. It joins the other creations, brining the total number to 5.

And that’s everything happening this week at Disneyland Paris! Thanks for reading and I will see you soon with a new edition.
